Fred Mouncey was a member of Barwick Cricket Club. He is further commemorated on the headstone of his
parents within All Saints' Churchyard.
His cousin, William Brook Mouncey served with the West Yorkshire Regiment
in the 1st/5th Bn. William Mouncey was wounded and gassed but ultimately survived the war.
