Commemoration Details
Cremated at Lawnswood Crematorium, Otley Road, Leeds. He is commemorated by means of a plaque mounted on the outer screen wall of the Columbarium in the grounds of the crematorium.
Other Information / Remarks
Ronald Smith was a holder of an Art Teachers diploma from the University of London. He was a pre war Territorial soldier, serving with the Royal Engineers in the rank of Sapper. His emergency Commission was notified in the London Gazette dated 29 December 1939.
